Waiting for Rain (Open)

The truck's door slammed shut. The girl that had just gotten out of it took out of her black jacket's pocket a pair of black gloves. She hurriedly put them on while still walking in the direction of the forest. With a swift glance back wards she made sure that her also black truck stood well hidden between trees and bushes.

Before entering the shadows of the forest, she pulled her hood up, though it was night, she knew what sort of creatures roamed that place at those hours. There was no need of them having a good look at her.

Swiftly and silently she moved through the thick trees. A small breeze warned that rain was close; this new brought a smirk to her face. She stopped for a few moments, taking in the smell she loved so much of rain in the forest.
